Our new Show Home @ Penthouse #40

Even for those with the imagination to visualise their home from an empty floor plan, a Show Home really brings a new property to life. 

Last month we staged Penthouse 38 to show each room at its best. This immediately resulted in the home being reserved, meaning we could give the same treatment to Penthouse 40!

Penthouse 40 is now presented as a Show Home and open for viewings by appointment. The large living space, over 50m square and more with the balcony, has been zoned to create individual areas for cooking, dining and lounging.

We don’t believe in ‘over-dressing’ our Show Homes as the decor should not detract from the overall size of the space, the fixtures and fittings, or the quality of the finish. But we do like to add a few little touches that create a sense of life style.

However, nothing will distract you from those far-reaching views from the three terrace balconies or the stylish fixtures and quality finish that epitomise SY Homes’ high standards.
