We are proud to share that our sites were successfully re-assessed in August 2024. We are also TrustMark audited and compliant.

By adhering to the FMB code of conduct, SY Homes customers can be confident that we are reputable, committed to quality workmanship, and conduct ourselves professionally. This independent inspection is a badge of the trust and expertise associated with being a Master Builder.
The strict entry criteria include:
- Thorough checks. Including credit checks and director checks.
- Quality assessments. The quality of our work has been independently inspected on site.
- Financial safeguards. We offer a contract and an insurance policy to guarantee our work, even if we stopped trading.
- Consumer protection. We agree to abide by the FMB Code of Conduct to be accountable for good standards.
Not every builder is a Master Builder. At SY Homes we are proudly committed the highest of standards.
