Finishing touches at The Shrubbery

Renovations of The Shrubbery, the flagship property on our Lord Hill Gardens development are now almost complete.  We hope you agree that this Grand ol' Lady has reclaimed all her original grandeur.

The landscaped front gardens add fresh colour to the charismatic street scene on Abbey Foregate.  The perfectly paved forecourt gives an insight into the quality of workmanship that has gone into both external and internal renovations.

With two homes sold, only one property remains.

Lord Hill Gardens update

Work has started on Phase 2 of Lord Hill Gardens with demolition of the derelict function rooms and Lodge to the rear of the site now underway.  Our sales manager Sharon has had so many enquiries from potential purchasers that she was eager to lend a helping hand!

Materials are being recycled as much as possible.  The asbestos in the old roof will be carefully sent to land-fill.  We expect demolition work to take four to five weeks.

Old Coleham Court update

In Coleham, we have started stripping the site in readiness for the ground improvement contractors.

Located just off the bustling Coleham High Street and within walking distance to The Quarry and Shrewsbury town centre, this brownfield site is packed with potential.  We are looking forward to building meaningful relationships with local businesses and community groups.

We are delighted to have FOUR tickets to give away for the award-winning Shrewsbury Musical Theatre Company's performance of 'A Century of Songs' on Saturday 10th June at the Severn Theatre.

Wedding bells will be ringing this weekend for Tom Savage, Partner at SY Homes, and his bride-to-be Holly.

As a Project Manager, Tom is renowned for his list making and attention to detail, so we are confident this will be a very well organised event!
