Founded by Wayne Sidell, Richard Thomas (Dickie) and Rhys Thomas, SY Homes remains a family-run business.
SY Homes have a highly experienced and talented management team who have been carefully selected by our directors and has naturally expanded since the company's inception. Tom Savage, Sharon Sidell, Suzanne Johnson, Gus Sunderland and Eugene Mashidiku are among those who have helped transform the company into the industry leader it is today.
Sadly we lost Dickie in 2019 and miss him immensely.
In this decade of trading, we have built almost 100 properties (watch this space!) ranging from large executive homes, townhouses with roof gardens, luxury penthouse suites and the list goes on. Collecting numerous awards and achievements along the way.
Every project from SY Homes is more ambitious than the last.
