Site preparation begins at Heol Gruffydd

We are proud to announce that site preparation has begun at Heol Gruffydd.  

In June 2024, landscaping of the site began.

On behalf of Wales and West Housing Association, SY Homes will construct a very high specification, purpose built, assisted living scheme.

Company Director and Founding Partner Rhys Thomas will be overseeing works which will complete in Summer 2025.
